Ordering Process

01. Initial Inquiry

Clients often reach us through channels such as online platforms, social media, or exhibitions. They may request our catalog and price list, or arrange a factory visit to gain a clear understanding of our materials, products, and production capacity.

02. Design & Development

Once both parties agree to move forward, clients share drawings, samples, or even just ideas. Our team evaluates the requirements, provides technical feedback, and helps transform concepts into feasible designs. Together we finalize structure, color, quantity, and quality expectations.

03. Deposit

After confirming all specifications, clients place a deposit — typically 30% of the order value, or full payment if sample production only.

04. Sample Production & Approval

With the deposit in place, samples are developed within 7–30 days. Clients receive the physical sample and detailed images for review and approval. Any adjustments are discussed and refined. Sample charges vary by project.

05. Mass Production

Following sample approval, mass production begins. Lead times range from 45 to 90 days depending on order volume and factory workload.

06. Quality Assurance

Our quality control team thoroughly inspects each batch. If requested, third-party inspection can also be arranged after our in-house checks.

07. Packaging & Shipping

Products are carefully packed and loaded into containers. Our logistics team manages shipping and documentation according to the agreed Incoterms.

08. Final Payment

The remaining balance is settled once clients receive shipping documents or as per the agreed terms. Sample and mold fees are refundable when the MOQ is achieved.
